Flat welding flange

Overview:

Flat welding flange is a type of flange in which steel pipes, pipe fittings and other connecting components are inserted into the inner hole of the flange and connected to the flange through fillet welds. It is usually composed of flange plates, bolt holes and sealing surfaces, etc. Flange plates are generally circular, with a through hole in the center that matches the inner diameter of the pipe. Several bolt holes are evenly distributed around the periphery, which are used to connect with other flanges or equipment through bolts. The sealing surface is a key part to ensure the sealing performance of flange connections. Common types include flat sealing surfaces and raised sealing surfaces, etc.
